The 6th Japan-Mongolia Pediatric Cardiology held April 25th
The 6th Japan-Mongolia Pediatric Cardiology Online Conference was held on April 25th (Tuesday) at 7:30 pm (Japan time). This event is jointly organized by NPO Heart Saving Project and the National Maternal and Child Health Center of Mongolia. This time’s theme was “Palliative Surgery for Infancy”.The event was originally scheduled to end at 9:00 p.m. for an hour and a half, but it turned out to be such a success that it ended at almost 10:00 p.m.
The number of participants this time was 46 people on ZOOM. From Mongolia, not only the National Maternal and Child Health Center of Mongolia (this includes doctors from the pediatric cardiology department of the same hospital, but also the pediatric cardiovascular surgery department of the same hospital, which will begin open heart surgery this fall), three doctors from the cardiology department and three doctors from the heart surgery department from National Third Hospital of Mongolia also participated.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the speakers for their careful preparation. We would also like to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to participate on the day.
The National Maternal and Child Health Center of Mongolia strongly wishes to continue holding this online conference, as it complements the guidance provided by actually traveling to Mongolia.
